Reducing my active case load and eliminating the built-in conflicts of interest that come with being in a larger firm have freed me to offer a service that, until now, was only available by hiring a mediator in Richmond or Hampton Roads, and paying hourly rates as high as $450 per hour. I offer reasonable fixed daily and half day rates at a fraction of the cost.
